How Rebecca got 200k views in less than 3 months (from zero)
I need to tell you about @Rebecca Bogart's amazing success on YouTube!! She'd been uploading on YouTube for over a year, getting ~100 views per video... but in the last 2 and a half months she managed to grow over 6,000 subscribers, and generate 200,000 long-form views! No shorts! Just look at the screenshots below!!! These views didn't just grow her subscriber count, it grew her email list, and got her new sales into her skool community :D 🚨🚨🚨 Last week I asked her what she thinks made the biggest difference to finally blowing up... she said it was the titles and thumbnails! Because after joining https://www.skool.com/ben she started using the thumbnail templates (screenshots below) And she started using the fill-in-the-blank titles I provide in there every single week... 🚨🚨🚨 With a lot of hard work from her side (hats off!!), these amazing results were possible! The full interview recording is coming soon... If you also finally want to take YouTube seriously to blow up your business, join us right now 👉🏼 https://www.skool.com/ben

[Custom GPT] Generate Video Ideas & Long-Form Scripts
We officially have our own custom GPT to generate video ideas and write long-form scripts now! And it walks you through a few other steps as well. Honestly I don't want to spoiler you too much, just try it out for coming up with a video & script! 👉🏼 https://chatgpt.com/g/g-67dd33e862fc8191b41d0487185b07b3-long-form-video-script-generator @Julia Schürer and I made this together! She handled all the AI parts, I just told her which steps I'd like to have in there for it to fit our YouTube process. Check out her AI writing community here if you want, she's got tons of more tools just like this one (see image below)

omgoodness do not sleep on this! i'm always suspicious of GPT because I end up wasting time and redoing it myself later anyway...but this was really good...saved me at least an hour of staring into space making an outline. I even took the video I've alreayd done, plugged in the basic outline, asked it to skip to thumbnails so I could shorten the rest of that process and even gave me an email I can use almost as us. Pro tip: feed it your brand voice document. I have one of these ready to go and it made such a difference. @Julia Schürer can I go into the GPT and upload it permanently so I don't have to with each run?
Minimalist YouTube vs. Full-Effort
A lot of people tell me they don't have time for YouTube ...and while that may be true for some people, it's very rarely *actually* the case. With the right strategy, templates, and workflows it's very possible to make a video with a time investment of less than 2 hours. Heck, if your goal is to purely nurture your existing audience that you grew via ads, you can even get away with posting unedited videos... Assuming the recording & content quality is at least decent. If you want to grow on YouTube from scratch... yeah it will take a bit more time than that. But it doesn't need to, as in this post I showed you how I created a YouTube video focused on growth within just one hour with a video template sheet you can copy for yourself :) For going viral though it takes a whole different level of effort. For example by making edutainment videos like challenges (again, here's a guide 😉) Which bucket are you currently in/considering of doing? 👇🏼

@Benjamin Ewert as sometime who uses a different method for organic growth, there’s also no guarantee those people will convert. Just adding to this convo that if you’re already growing an audience elsewhere, nurture via YT makes far more sense.
1st Video Recorded
First video recorded, now to edit. I tried several times with a tentative script and just froze. So I just winged it and recorded. Need to make some cuts/edits but hope to get it done tonight and uploaded!

I’m still editing my first video 4 days later. But I’m posting it Monday no matter what! I also don’t like full scripting. I do have a degree in communicatons and studied a LOT of public speaking. I find fully scripting the beginning hook and intro very helpful though bc it shushes your nerves and allows you to start strong. Cheers to us 🥂
