Heya! I’m thinking about creating and running a 7-Day YouTube Kickstart Challenge — walking you through how to create & start or re-activate your YouTube channel from scratch! I would be doing this challenge myself alongside you as well :) Here’s the rough idea: - Kickoff: Creating your channel, how to get amazing video ideas, and creating your first professional YouTube video from A-Z - Daily Accountability, Simple check-ins to keep the momentum going - You'll build trust with your audience, generate new leads, and convert - all at the same time! Additionally I'm also thinking of adding a giveaway/reward for those who successfully complete the challenge 👀 Before I finalize it, I want to check interest and gather your ideas. Finally, profit! :) Start: 49 days ago with a pre-monetized channel from my last experiment where I grew the channel to 1k subscribers within 21 days. Expenses last 49 days: $1,231 USD including editing + performance bonuses (only outsourcing to 1 editor) Revenue last 49 days: $2,479 Profit as of today: $1,248 The first 47 days I was losing money consistently - now I reached the break-even point, and moving forward the channel is just going to be come more and more profitable (assuming videos keep regularly blowing up) This (sadly) is still absolutely irrelevant in terms of learnings that can be applied to business/educational channels. So do I recommend this? Not really. It's basically a whole different business model from what we usually do in this group :)
