Integration is a powerful experience. I got to witness you working w others on the podcast. Which was really cool. What I Loved about it was how it allowed for the creation of a new container in a safe environment for the other person to see themselves from a different angle/perspective in real time thru their own responses,. It really is about putting the moment of a revelation into action in one’s life. How does this knowledge or knowing affect my life? Without applying what I am experiencing/learning and adding it to the list of things “I know” it really just becomes more data without the integration process.
