Congratulations to me everyone on my Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Exams
Hi Efetobore Bernard Igoni, Congratulations on earning Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator! Test Taker Name: Efetobore Bernard Igoni Exam: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Result: Pass Date Completed: March 28, 2026 Review section-level scoring Configuration and Setup: 78% Object Manager and Lightning App Builder: 56% Sales and Marketing Applications: 100% Service and Support Applications: 67% Productivity and Collaboration: 50% Data and Analytics Management: 80% Automation: 78% Agentforce AI: 40% I want to encourage all of us here on this platform to take the test if you are due to take the test. How do you know you are due ? 1) Make post of where you are constantly ,so you can be advised by Godwin 2) If you observe the break down above, you should try and cover all that aspect before writing the exam. 3) You can leverage the Pathway AI to learn most of the topics are there and you just have to practice 4) Past questions are good but you can't depend on past questions alone 5) Goto Trailhead and practice Modules related to the breakdown ahead . I also want to say thank you to our Mentor @Godwin Mbah ,our amiable instructors @Divine Lantum and @Josephine Nti ,i really appreciate you guys for your supports. Please don't be angry i didn't score 100% in all the section "Na book i nor Know" but i trust you will knock it 100%. Thanks so much for reading me.

Assignment - Salesforce Data Analysis (Reports & Dashboard)
Completing this assignment has significantly expanded my knowledge and experience. It serves as a launch pad for more hands-on practical work. Below are some key highlights from the assignment: Screenshots 1-4 represent the Summary Report of Total Sales Per Month for the current fiscal year, focusing on Closed Won Opportunities. The purpose of this report is to track monthly revenue performance and identify trends, spikes, or fluctuations. The Report Type is Opportunities, and it was created using the following configurations/settings: Filters (Close Date = Current Fiscal Year), (Stage = Closed Won), Grouping (Close Date grouped by Calendar Month), and Metrics (Sum of Amount). Images 5-7 illustrate the Top 10 Customers by Total Sales Amount. This Summary Report aims to identify key revenue contributors and assess customer concentration. The Report Type is Opportunities, and it was created utilizing the following configurations/settings: Filters (Stage = Closed Won), (Close Date = Current Fiscal Year), Grouping (Account Name), and Metrics (Sum of Amount, Row Limit = Top 10, Sorted in Descending Order by Sum of Amount). The other two reports focus on the Number of Opportunities created and closed by the Sales Representatives in the last quarter, as well as the Pipeline by Stage for all open opportunities. Screenshot 8 shows the Business Insight Dashboard for the reports. DASHBOARD SUMMARY · Revenue reached a high of about $5.8 million in February, but it dropped in March. This shows that revenue is concentrated in certain months, which can make forecasting difficult. · A few customers generate most of the revenue, which increases our risk of dependence on them. · The data shows little activity, with only one sales representative mentioned. This may point to an uneven workload or issues with reporting. · We have about $3.7 million in opportunities available, with most deals in the middle stages (Needs Analysis and Value Proposition). The lack of deals in the later stages may pose a risk to future revenue.

Nicely done 👏👏
Data Analytics task
Using standard Opportunity data, I built summary and grouped reports with appropriate filters, aggregations, and visualisations. The reports were then combined into a “Business Insights” dashboard to provide clear, data-driven insights for business decision-making.

@Chike Nsiegbunam thanks for your kind words & encouragement 🙂
Record trigger flow for the day
I created a record trigger flow that "when a lead is created and the lead source is left blank, it should automatically set it to others" Lesson learned: Teaches me how to use Before-Save flows for faster performance and better data quality.
