Streamlining Lead Enrichment: Automate Data Retrieval from Kununu and Beyond
Hello everyone, you’ve offered me the chance to share my ideas, and I’d be thrilled if someone could help me out with this. Here’s what I’m thinking: I’d like to create a workflow to enrich leads in the CRM system Close. Alternatively, Google Sheets would also work. I want an automation that checks if the company is already listed on Kununu and, if so, retrieves its Kununu rating. If there are enough reviews, Kununu provides a summary of the best reviews as well as improvement suggestions from (former) employees, which could be very useful. Could this automation be combined with gathering additional information? For instance, when companies come from a Google scraper and not via LinkedIn, there’s often no owner listed, and certainly no mobile number. Do you know a suitable tool for this? I’ll be looking at Cognism next week but would appreciate other suggestions as well. So far, I’ve been working with Make, but I’m not very good at it. I can adjust things, but creating workflows from scratch is still beyond my skills. Thank you so much for your help!
