Kpi of cold calling is ....
I am just starting out the cold calling but i didn't get the KPIs like - What's the amount of call I have made to get the client. Can any body help me out and give me assume kpi for [ very little sales experience and skill ] - I m selling marketing service to usa client and I am from India - First - I call them for booked meeting (i want to know this kpi) - Second - then they show -up (also this) - 3rd - they show up on meeting i qualify them and then booked another meeting (also this) - 4th - then on second meeting i try to close them (also this ) And my lead quality is ok because I am scrape it from Google map So can any body help me out to give that KPIs like for the new person in sales The average KPIs This 1 thing can give me a clear map 🗾
