Helloo I've been watching rey's video lately and and in my sleep I was visiting the holiest place on earth and I don't know how but I spawned on Buddhas temple it looked like the airbenders temple on avatar the last airbender but it's old and made of rock and when i open the gate I saw rey and another enlightened being together and then rey knew I wanted to talk with him and came out to talk with me while we are walking sun was setting the place looks so peaceful and beautiful and his aura was insane like extreme calmness I can see the wisdom in his eyes and kindness then he taught me sth I don't remember but it maked sense to me and idk how again but I become enlightened and know it was my dream while I'm dreaming like deadass I can see my body dead and knew I was dreaming haven't had full control but to prove it to rey I took my phone out and tried to capture mine and rey's photo for memory then the camera and gallery app got disappeared like it felt I missed something and I woke up and it was middle of the night and I swear to god it's my first time experiencing such thing in my whole life never knew I was dreaming while I'm dreaming

I went into deep survival after my awakening and have been slowly recovering. There was alot of fear response for the past couple of months but my body is feeling better. I am now finding myself crying all the time, just cant name the story behind it but just experiencing alot of pain and crying. I’ve been crying almost everyday and today it’s just been happening all day. If I try to understand what’s happening underneath- I just feel alot of sadness, grief over not being held, seen, heard and forgiven. I want to understand what’s happening here. Would also love it if anyone has some space to hold me while I drown in this emotional distress
