@Petra Anwanina I don't sell directly from the ads. Ads are to bring people to my live webinar or my community. From both, I then give them an opportunity to apply to work with me directly. There's 2 packages there, one is $1997 the other is $5k... Mostly people take the $1997 and after 5 weeks, they want more so they move up to the $5k offer. My lead costs (avg $5-7/lead) are higher but it's better as they are more qualified leads. When I had $2 leads, I'd get more people but less would convert.
Help with Backend
Hi guys, I need some help with my backend. I have a low-ticket offer for $27 that converts quite well (3.8 ROAS). My problem is that I don’t know how to create a “math model” in the backend to reach $30K per month… WITHOUT having to sell high-ticket. I’d like to create a model where I sell courses in the $100 to $200 range… and only those who want to can work with me at $1000/month. How do you create that kind of math? Thanks!

@David Brown you are in a great spot already with a converting low-ticket front end and positive ROAS. Most people get stuck before that. The next move is building a Mid-Ticket Monetization Model that bridges your $27 offer and optional $1,000/month program. You don’t need high-ticket to hit $30K/month If goal is to get to $30k/mo, I'd recommend 3 tiers... Front-End: $27 Offer that you already have. Use it to generate buyers and qualify your leads. Let’s assume 500 buyers/mo, that's $13.5k revenue... Mid-Ticket Stack: $100 to $200 Courses... Let’s say 25% of buyers upgrade. 25% of 500 is 125 buyers Let’s use an average price point of $147 125 x $147 is $18,375/mo This is your scalable profit center... Optional Backend ($1k/month consulting/program)... You don't push this. You filter for it using a VSL + application funnel from your mid-ticket buyers. Let’s say 5% of 125, is 6 people enrolling... 6 x $1k = $6k/mo recurring... This becomes compound profit over time. So total rev/mo. Front-End: $13,500 Mid-Ticket: $18,375 Backend Recurring: $6,000 Total: $37,875/mo + compound MRR Hope this makes sense...

STOP thinking you need: A book A stage A magazine cover A TV ad This is not the 90s. Wake up. We're in 2025. Show up where people are paying attention. Run ads, sell people stuff, iterate the process until it's profitable and scale. Advertisers who are online are already getting hundreds of thousands or millions of eyeballs every month as a BYPRODUCT of running ads, plus leads and sales(the main thing).
