Hi there, I was listening to Day one live and let it sit before I did the homework. I will be honest, I have done so many books, courses and even coaching for ADHD and nothing has every landed or helped. I am being cautious of raising my hopes too much that this will actually help but I will give 100%. So - Three questions done - and I liked the insights, this was a new tool to experience in an adhd support course. The task I want to do and have been putting off is to update my Notion and calender with my notes in my handwritten notebook. It's my second brain and I haven't updated the to dos in there for weeks as I have been working on memory. So thats my over due task.
