I was honored to be a part of the 4th Ola Retreat yesterday. Our leader @Brooke Kanr has a gift for bringing women together at the right time and place. Everyone leaves feeling good and with a full cup. Yesterday's theme was in support of moms who have kids that will be leaving the nest soon. We enjoyed super delicious food from @Melissa Pampulov, a mobility flow from @ceciliawellness and a bodyweight strength session led by me! @Alyssa Furukawa that's one i have been intentionally growing in. I used to say yes to everything and then get overwhelmed and frustrated at others and myself. I am still walking it out, but it has gotten easier to say no. I am forcing myself to be still. Let my body and mind rest instead of trying to do everything everywhere for everyone.
