@Alyssa Furukawa that's one i have been intentionally growing in. I used to say yes to everything and then get overwhelmed and frustrated at others and myself. I am still walking it out, but it has gotten easier to say no. I am forcing myself to be still. Let my body and mind rest instead of trying to do everything everywhere for everyone.
