Cold email for your own business vs clients?
Quick question, are you seeing cold email work for your own agency, or mainly when you run it for clients?

@Max Khalus hey Max! That’s a nice deal! very creative pay plan. Yes some people told me cold email don’t work to sell cold email. So I haven’t tried this channel for myself yet.. though I work with clients haha

Came across this video in the community “Automate Replies & Make Your Cold Email 10x More Effective”. I know some stud are outdated but is automating replies going to help you or is going to burn your leads.

It's always a trade off. Do you prefer speed over relevance? If you're not on your laptop during your campaign time, I would try AI reply, something soft that works for every case for example.

Hey folks, I’m thinking of adding LinkedIn outreach as part of my client campaigns, integrated with Instantly + HeyReach.My goal is to keep it lean and simple, not turn it into a complex beast. Curious how you guys are doing it: Do you add everyone you email to your LinkedIn campaign automatically? Or do you run LinkedIn first and then hit with email follow-ups? How do you share Instantly leads with clients?
Hey everyone, I run retainer campaigns with Instantly and was wondering, how do you usually handle the workflow once an interested lead comes in? Do you give your clients access to the Unibox, or do you manage everything yourself and just share updates (e.g. via Slack)? Curious to hear what’s working best for you.

@Xu Xuua Thanks for the detailed reply! I actually thought about that, but I was worried they might get concerned if they saw the negative replies, or worse, start changing settings themselves. What I had in mind was to forward every qualified lead straight into their Slack, and also log it automatically into a shared sheet. What do you think?
