I was in thailand a couple months ago. And im looking for a normal food job over there outside of working online. Is that even possible?

Generally speaking, it's going to be very hard to get a business visa for any kind of revenue-generating activity that a local could do (the government doesn't want foreigners to take jobs away from Thai citizens). Maybe, just maaaybe, you'd have a fighting chance if your plan is to introduce some sort of specialized skill and teaching it to the locals (like preparing foreign food or something). OR if you were to open up a restaurant and hire Thai workers. Again, this is just speculation - you'd be best off going to a law firm or visa consultancy as they're the most qualified people to help you out.

Keep in mind that, as certain law channels are reporting, Thailand is facing an influx of people working there illegally, so seeing a foreigner work there is probably not a reliable metric of determining whether you'll be able to secure that job yourself. If you're going to be applying through a company, ask them whether they'll sort out the necessary paperwork for you if you get hired.
What skills do you have that could be of benefit to others in the group?

Professional copywriter, SEO writer, and translator (plus, I have a background in marketing). People hire me to write their sales letters, blog posts, courses, ebooks, and what have you. Although truth be told, I'm not a fan of trading my time for money, so I'm gradually moving on to other ventures. Since I'm also a coder, I'm dying to try my hand at other things as well.

@Tom Nakt Nice one! What are your personal favorite traffic sources for affiliate marketing?
To do list
Hi guys. Does anyone use any software to mark down thier to do lists? I have just started using kanban flow to try to better my time management as im terrible at it at the moment! I have stacks of scraps of paper around my office with notes jotted down on them and they are just scattered over my desk and sometimes get lost. I didnt want to use kanban to just fill it up with all the things i need to do that are not omportant or relevent to work, so i was wondering if anyone uses any other type of software to keep all the other notes on, or do people just use a goole doc etc?

.txt files that I sync with Dropbox across all my devices with an occasional Google Doc.
Want to Make Your Writing Irresistible?
Ever try and write emails, marketing copy, Nomad School posts :) and realise no one takes any notice? You spend hours crafting emails, sales vids, or copy, but it all just seems to fall on deaf ears. It’s proper annoying, right? You're trying to grab attention, but it feels like no one's listening. Well, here's a wicked app I've been using that might just sort this out for you: The Hemingway App. You chuck your text into it, and it acts like an editor, showing you where your writing's losing its way. But here’s why I love it and what actually makes it unique from any other editor out there... It helps you dumb down your writing. Yes, dumb it down! Because, when you're writing marketing copy you wanna keep it simple. Aiming for that American 7th to 8th-grade reading level (or lower) is where it’s at... If... You want people to actually read what you write. Yes, if you're wondering, I did write this post using the Hemingway app. The free version is awesome, but if you're a serious writer then the Plus version with its AI is worth it. It’s like having a personal editor - for free! Give it a try and let me know how you like it in the comment or if you already use it.

As a professional copywriter, here's what I'm going to say - it depends on the project you're working on. If it's a sales letter, then I'll agree (we want to make the writing as accessible as possible to a wider audience). But then again, if you're writing a novel, I'd truly ask myself if 8th grade level writing is something to be aiming for. I suppose it boils down to your target demographics.
What is better for long term living: Bali or Thailand?
Currently I have been living in Bali for about 4 years but I wanted to get to know what other people think of Bali vs living in Thailand for long term? ✌️

A question for you Bali peeps: I've heard some rumors that allegedly there's a spider/snake problem over there. But then again, we all know that media profits from clickbaiting and sensationalism, so I'd appreciate some insights from people who actually live there. How bad is it really? Do I really have to watch out when walking near grassy fields? Will there be a snake cuddled up against me one day when I wake up? :)
