Introducing the Clarity Circle ✨ Rewards System
I want to take a moment to talk directly to every woman in this community. All 20,000+ of you. Whether you joined last week or you've been here since the beginning, reading quietly and nodding along, this community exists because of you. You showed up. You stayed. And a lot of you have been doing the work even when no one was watching. That matters to me. And I want to make sure this space rewards you for it. So today, I'm introducing the Clarity Circle Rewards System ✨. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - What this is: As you engage in this community: posting, commenting, sharing your wins, asking questions, supporting other women - you earn points. Those points move you through nine levels, and each level unlocks something real. No tricks, no fine print. You simply show up, you grow, you get rewarded. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Nine Levels Here's exactly what's waiting for you: 🧬 Level 1 — Symptom Stage You're in. Welcome. The Vault unlocks immediately: a full collection of practical health resources, free, the moment you join. 🧬 Level 2 — Pattern Spotter Your 5-Pillar Quick Start Guide unlocks. A clear, no-overwhelm roadmap so you know exactly where to start. 🧬 Level 3 — Root Seeker The Functional Foods Library is yours. This is where we go deep together. 🧬 Level 8 — Chief A 30-minute 1:1 call with one of our coaches: Olivia or Anna. Personal, focused, and yours.

@Karla Callbeck - Dr Stephanie has amazing information. Take it step by step, focus on 1% improvement each day (apply one small “learning” each day - even if it’s the same thing every day for a week), and before you know it, there will be measurable improvements in your life!!

Hi! Like most of you here, I’ve been navigating health issues for many years. IBS/Celiac, chronic low ferritin, MTHFR issues, and hypermobility syndrome (dizzy, itchy, bendy). As a nurse I was let down by conventional medicine. I’m happy to say after 15 years and working with several great naturopaths; at 46 years old I’m healthier now than I was at 30. I’m here because I see Dr Stephanie teaching the principles that turned my life around. It could change yours too. Those 5 pillars she talks about are the foundation of your “home remodel.” And just like a big remodeling project, it takes time to do - just keep striving for 1% improvement every day. Pennies add up to dollars over time. I’m here for the community and bias confirmation is always great too!! Blessings!
Waiting on the sun
I’ve seen many times about getting sun in your eyes soon after waking up to help cortisol and regulating circadian rhythm. But what exactly are the options if you’re up at 5 or earlier and the sun isn’t coming up until 7? Between the sudden startle stress response when the littles wake me up early and the lack of sun for hours after, I’m guessing my cortisol may already be at a disadvantage and I should just reach for the coffee (after breakfast anyway if that makes it better 😂🥴)

@Dr. Stephanie Dunlop I really appreciate how you differentiated the circadian/pituitary wake-up mechanism (light on retinas) and sympathetic startle (littles or alarm clock). Over the long term the difference is profound, but in the short term is nearly imperceptible (at least in my experience). Thank you for all you do!
Has Anyone Actually Asked for These Tests?
After Tuesday's post, I want to hear from the community: have you ever asked your doctor for fasting insulin or HOMA-IR? What happened? Were they receptive? Did you get pushback? Did it lead anywhere? Your experience matters, both as validation for others in the same position and as real-world data about what we are actually up against. There is no wrong answer here. If you have never heard of these tests before this week, that is useful too. Share your experience below. This is the conversation most waiting rooms never have. ✨

@Katy Horton oh wow. As a nurse I never learned about the significance of fasting insulin until I started having my own blood sugar issues, so I’m not surprised by the response. AND there is so much potential here for improvement.

@Maria Odense Same here! I always felt terrible after eating, but it took until last year for me to realize it was from sky-rocketing blood sugar!
