TREC UNIMPROVED LAND
Good morning everyone! I had a question about filling out the TREC unimproved land form. I’ve been binge watching Zach and Rick’s videos and classes, but I’m still a bit unsure on how to fill it out with the seller. And I’d rather ask than possibly messing up and getting in trouble so if anyone has any time to chat about it, that would be greatly appreciated.
