Hey @Tiffany Martinez, We all start from somewhere. But the most important part is that we start. Heres a quick breakdown of steps to get started wholesaling land; 1. Find A Market (Areas on Zillow that have sold 15+ lots in the last 30 days) 2. Find A Builder (Google "SPEC Home Builder ____ [City]" and call everyone) 3. Contact Sellers (Go on Propwire.com and download a vacant land list) 4. Make Offers, Send To Builders, Close, And Repeat You sign a purchase agreement with the seller. Then when your builder accepts the lot, you sign an assignment agreement with them & you forward both to the title company. You receive the difference at closing.
