Hiring: Client Success Manager (AI-Sales Focus)
Compensation - Base + up to $1,400/month Bonus ($200/campaign success) We’re expanding our team at Sendora AI and looking for a Client Success Manager who’s obsessed with optimizing sales performance through AI automation. This isn’t a “support” role. It’s a sales-driven, optimization-focused role where you’ll directly impact results by improving our clients’ outbound campaigns, calls first, emails second. What You’ll Actually Do 1. Optimize AI Callers by creating and refining prompts for AI voice agents to maximize booking and conversion rates. 2. Analyze Performance by interpreting call transcripts, tracking metrics such as pickup rate, call-to-meeting ratio, and average conversation length, and implementing prompt tweaks to boost results. 3. Oversee Email Campaigns by testing subject lines, A/B messaging, and ensuring open rates consistently hit 60–80%+ across client accounts. 4. End-to-End System QA to ensure AI agents, CRMs, and automations all work flawlessly together. 5. Own Client Results by acting as the bridge between client strategy and technical execution, ensuring campaigns win. You’re a Fit If You 1. Have a proven track record with high-performing outbound campaigns, both calls and emails. 2. Have a record of booking appointments using AI voice for any niche. 3. Know how to prompt, fine-tune, and troubleshoot AI voice agents. 4. Can look at metrics and instantly see where performance leaks are. 5. Live for that “everything’s working perfectly” feeling — systems, flows, and results all aligned. Bonus If You- 1. Have experience with tools like Retell AI, Ultravox, Apollo, HubSpot, and Cal.com. 2. Can write or refine prompts that actually sell. 3. Have led or supported B2B sales teams and understand outbound psychology.
