What Do 'Yall Think, Level Uppers? 🤔
This client of mine has a charged-off with Upstart with a balance owed of $4,800. I disputed the completeness and accuracy but they still didn't delete the account. 📄 Not only did they NOT delete the account, Upstart didn't even bother to note the account as disputed (among other issues, see the attachments). ⚠️ Now, there are major FCRA violations reporting on my client's credit report. 📊🚨 Instead of jumping the gun and just suing I decided to send them notice with a demand of: a debt waiver, permanent deletion and $9,000. They ignored this so I filed a Demand for Arbitration.... ⚖️ NOWWWW they want to talk. 👀 They want to just delete the item and that's it. 🙄 I say, "Hell naw, run my client's money!" 💰🔥 What do you think will happen??? 🤔

I just listened to this conversation. You handled that so well. She was lost for words. I really would like to get comfortable with being able to demand the way that you did. She was really trying hard to place blame some where else but you would not let her.
