We Lost a Good One Last Night 💔 🐶
Hey guys - First of all I apologize for anyone who was planning on attending the New Member Onboarding Call today. I had to cancel due to a chaotic week of a family death on Friday and unexpectedly putting our dog down last night 💔 I appreciate all of you for understanding and 2026 will be a great year for this community! I have a lot of good things planned. I hope you all have a great Christmas/Holiday Season with your families ❤️

Community Update – December 22, 2025
Hey Marketing Insiders! Ryan delivered some seriously actionable content during the past few weeks. Here's what matters for YOUR business implementation. 🔥 This Week's Content & Action Items: Best Ways to Make Money With AI (with Sabrina Ramonov) Ryan sat down with an AI millionaire and broke down the actual pathways that work. Not theory — real revenue models with real numbers. Your implementation opportunity: Pick ONE monetization path from this video and build a 30-day test. AI avatars for lead gen (like @Mukul Singh is doing), backlink automation for SEO agencies, or content systems that scale. Ship something in 30 days. 5 Reasons Why I'm Using Google Gemini Over ChatGPT This hit 1,193 views with nearly 6% engagement because people are actively migrating tools right now. @Rod Macbeth even shared the exact prompt to extract Custom GPT instructions and move them to Gemini. Your implementation opportunity: If you're paying for multiple AI tools, test the migration. Rod's prompt works. Could save you $20-60/month while maintaining output quality. How to Build Backlinks With AI (100% Automated) Backlinker AI placed Ryan on DR82-94 sites (GoBankingRates, Yahoo Finance, ConsumerAffairs) for $300/month vs $1000s in agency spend. That's a 70%+ cost reduction with better domain authority. Your implementation opportunity: If you're doing any SEO or content marketing, test one backlink tool this month. Use code RYANDOSERAI for 50% off first month of Backlinker AI. ChatGPT Images: New Free AI Image Model OpenAI dropped a new image model for free accounts. @Carol M immediately tested it with reward hacking visualizations. @Catherine Eadie is using it for Nano Banana prompt challenges. Your implementation opportunity: Swap one paid image tool for ChatGPT's free model this week. Test quality on your actual workflows before canceling anything, but the cost savings could be significant. 🎯 The community is shifting from "what can AI do?" to "here's what I built."
New Video - How to Build Backlinks With AI
This video shows how to build backlinks with AI using a tool called Backlinker AI. I've been using Backlinker AI for myself and clients for 10+ months and have landed some solid placements on sites like GoBankingRates, Yahoo Finance, ConsumerAffairs, .edu domains, and other DR70+ sites. Backlink Examples: - GoBankingRates (DR82) - Yahoo Finance (DR94) - ConsumerAffairs (DR84) - .Edu Website (DR80) - And several other DR50+ backlinks The main benefit of using a tool like Backlinker to automate outreach is to not spend $1000s on expensive link building agencies AND save time on the PR responses. However - There are a few legit link building agencies out there who can get you "Tier One" links from sites like Forbes, BBC, etc. due to their relationships with journalists. There is a <1% chance Backlinker will get you 'Tier One' links. If interested you can sign up on Backlinker's Website and use Coupon Code 'RYANDOSERAI' to try it out for 50% Off the first month. I wasn't sure how interested people would be in a tool like Backlinker but I've been using it for a while and am definitely getting a positive ROI for $300/month when you compare that to buying these same links on the marketplace.

GPT-5.2 Prompting Guide - dug out of my bookmarks
I was just sorting out some of my bookmarks/favourites and came across this link I had saved a while ago. It's obviously been updated for 5.2, and if you've not already seen it, it's worth a read. https://cookbook.openai.com/examples/gpt-5/gpt-5-2_prompting_guide. I've yet to look up guides for others like Gemini, Claude etc. What AI had to say about this guide 'This guide introduces GPT-5.2, OpenAI’s advanced model for enterprise and agent workflows. It improves accuracy, instruction-following, concise formatting, and structured reasoning over previous versions, making it ideal for complex tasks like coding, document analysis, finance, and multi-tool operations. The guide offers best practices for writing effective prompts: set clear output length and content limits, prevent scope drift, handle long documents by summarizing, address ambiguity by clarifying or listing interpretations, and always ground answers in provided or cited sources. It also covers techniques for context compaction, agent updates, tool usage, structured data extraction, prompt migration, and in-depth web research—optimizing GPT-5.2 for reliability, consistency, and high-quality results in production settings.' There is also the link to the Prompt Optimiser that's been around for a while too. AI summarised this about it 'The Prompt Optimizer referenced in the GPT-5.2 Prompting Guide is a tool built into the OpenAI Playground. It’s specifically designed to help users improve existing prompts and facilitate migration across OpenAI models, including from GPT-5 and earlier versions to GPT-5.2.' Hope it's helpful for those who have not yet come across it.
