Trying something different - AI for part-time founders, on YouTube
I have been turning over an idea for a while and decided to just start building it. I am setting up a YouTube channel showing how I actually use AI tools to run my social enterprise. Not theory. Just what I do day to day, from client comms to content to course delivery. The difference is who it's for. Most AI content assumes you have unlimited time and energy. This is aimed at people running a business alongside something else, whether that's long-term health conditions, caring responsibilities, or simply fewer hours in the day than most. No technical background needed. Starting from the very basics. It comes from my own experience. I run MHScot mostly solo, with limited capacity, and AI changed what's possible for me. Felt worth sharing that honestly rather than adding to the hustle noise. Very early days. Channel is set up, no videos yet. Curious whether anyone here has seen this angle done well, or has thoughts on what would be most useful to cover first.

@Catherine Eadie looking forward to it Catherine! What a great idea!
🚨 New Video - How to Create Claude Code Skills!
My latest video shows how to create Claude Code Skills using three different methods. Claude Code Skills are the holy grail of context and will help you get the best results possible with AI IMO. Skills have an instant feedback loop that you can continually update, and they are just markdown files that you can use with Codex, Gemini CLI, and other AI coding agents. Pro Tip: You can find all of the Prompts I mention in the video here - https://www.skool.com/ai-marketing-insiders/classroom/1860140a?md=a6a86291561d4d5e94cbe97b1c0984e3 Be sure to like/comment/share if you found this helpful 🙂

Love it. Well done Ryan. I agree, skills are just my new best friend!
New Video - How to Transfer Your ChatGPT Memory
My latest video explains how to transfer your ChatGPT Memory into NotebookLM, Google Gemini, Claude, or other AI platforms. If you decide to ever leave ChatGPT this will preserve your account history of data, memories, and context. This is super useful! Be sure to like/comment/share if you found this helpful 🙂

This is honestly beyond me right now. I rely a lot on ChatGPT 5.2 for my builds… it’s my stress tester for all my Claude code work. But I trust this group, so I’m going to carve out some time to test Gemini more.
Spent most of today living in Claude Code!
And no, that's not cloud cuckoo 😅 Still working in the background on n8n. I think the mindset for both go well together.

I’m loving it as my senior dev ops. Totally organized my GitHub directory. And yes, helping me with n8n workflows. Unbelievable!
