Top Sales Books
For those of you looking to level up your sales game here are the top 3 books to develop your sales skills.Let's get you becoming a sales ninja! 🥷 Negotiations: Never split the diffrence ➡️Core message: Traditional negotiation strategies often rely on logic, compromise, and win-win outcomes. Voss argues that real-world negotiations are emotional, not rational, and that effective negotiators focus on tactical empathy—understanding the emotions and mindset of the other party. Sales: You can't teach a kid to ride a bike at a seminar ➡️Core message: Sandler Selling System: The book introduces and explains this system, which emphasizes: - Building trust and rapport with prospects - Taking control of the sales process - Using techniques like up-front contracts, pain discovery, and qualifying before pitching - Avoiding traditional "pushy" sales tactics Gap Selling: Getting customers to Say Yes ➡️Core message: People don’t buy products; they buy solutions to problems that move them from where they are now (Current State) to where they want to be (Future State). The “Gap” is the space between those two states — and that’s what you’re selling into. If you want more book recommendations comment below! I have recommendations on mindset, sales, business.

I loved "Never split the difference"! I just ordered the others.
Rookie question
I'm new to all of this, but is this something I should post here? I have been asked by another agent to share her listing with investors who may be interested. It is already on the MLS, but she is sharing that the seller is willing to take a cash offer significantly less than the MLS price. She is not interested in any kind of seller financing or subto, she needs the cash. I have a list of people who I am going to email to, but I just was wondering if posting here also was allowed or even a good idea or not?
