Hi Ethan, and thank you for the advice. Deciding who to source for is the bit I'm unsure about at the moment, that's what I need to learn more about... what are investors in my area looking for, what deals do they want and how to connect with them. Originally, I was looking at HMOs in Nottingham but cashflow is a barrier at the moment, so I want to build that up first. Deal sourcing seems a good way to do that, hopefully I can get that up and running, start to build my portfolio, learn more about putting deals together and build relationships with investors. Then I may look at HMOs at a later stage, so any advice would be much appreciated. I'm booked onto the deal packaging training day in January so I'm hoping to get lots of inspiration and advice from that
