Joint pain
Cold and wet weather always get the best of me. Affects my mood. My mobility. The pain is overwhelming at times. My thought process is to turn off everything. Including my phone and embrace the darkness. But today i didn't. I had a goal. That goal? 15 mins of the basics. I made it! Even did 3x10 body weight squats using my walker for support. I was winded, but I got it done.

Here are a few groundwork exercises and some some squats.

I was wondering where you were at, keep in mind I have mobility. If you can only rock back and forth a little bit at the start that is all that is required. I didn’t have much range when I started two years ago. Only went back a little bit, nothing even remotely close to what I showed. Can you get on all fours? And just strengthen the back, shoulders, arms? That’s where we first learned how to move.
The Bare Minumum - 10.1.25
This is considered to be a bare minimum commitment to your mobility and longevity. This is mine. Establish yours. Make it sacred. Enjoy it. I like to add a couple maximal tensions in there for strength gains.

@Sean Gatlin Bell • 1m In GOATA, you return to the floor. That’s were movement begins as a baby. Movement starts in the spine and flows outward. Proximal to distal. Embrace floor work, It does the body good.

Tenacity
Ugh... Too many pops last night! 🤢 Gunna do the work though. Got to check in with myself and see what I need to "Right the Ship". The Daily is the best mobile meditation I've experienced. Hit the mat and do it with me. One of these times I'll have to video a session. I try to keep it fun... Today will be a challenge, but I'm up for it.

Trying different things
An early Epiphany
Anyone struggling with "throttling back"??? On my first pass I WAY over did it. Not smart but not the first time I've done this during workouts (especially when starting back). It helped me to STOP DOING A WORKOUT - had to change my perspective and realize that the focus is to just move the body, to move in a way that expores how the body is right now - in the moment. So now I don't do my bare min as a workout. It's a session of "Exploration". What do you think? Does this resonate w anyone?

Yes, know where you’re at in your fitness. I had a head start to AOM.

My true purpose and even something I was having issues finishing is a hitting and pitching consultant. I can explain elite hitting. Make it natural.
