The Moment Your Story Shifted ✨
Take a breath. Close your eyes for a second. Let your shoulders drop. 😌 Now ask yourself: “What is the moment I stopped being who I was… and began becoming who I am now?” Write about that moment, not the whole story, not the whole timeline, just the one turning point that cracked something open in you. As you journal, explore: - What did the world feel like right before it shifted? - What truth about yourself did you meet for the first time? - What did you lose… and what did you quietly gain? - If your past self could speak to you now, what would she say you survived? Let yourself go slow. Let the pen move at its own pace. 🖊️ Your only job is to stay honest and stay connected to what rises. This is how you access the real heartbeat of your story. This is the part that changes you as much as it changes your future reader. If you want deeper guidance… If this brought something up, that could be a memory, a knot in your chest, a spark of clarity. Then, you’re right where you’re meant to be. This is the kind of soul-led work we explore inside my program. Where your story becomes more than words on a page… It becomes eye opening, empowering, and deeply aligned with the person you’re growing into. If you want support exploring these moments with safety, depth, and direction, come join me inside the program. Dm me to get more information! It’s what the next tier up is all about on the writing journey to the book completion. 📕

Writing Technique from Ray Bradbury ✍️
The famous Ray Bradbury had a great way that he focused on writing. ✍️ He had an image above his typewriter that said, "Don't think." I stumbled upon his video and thought to myself that this is so true! We get caught up in our mind and think of too many possibilities instead of just guide our hands with our feelings. Let me know your thoughts on this! ❤️ You can check out a little snippet of him in the video below!

@Hanni Meier So wonderful!!! I love when this happens. I used to do Folk dancing, Swing dancing, and one weekend seminar w classic ‘old style’ ballroom including Tango! We learned for two + full days, then got dressed up for a Ball! Where we did all the dances we learned! The tango from then finished with a spin , both partners on their knees!! My partner and I were one of two couples out of about 50, who went for it. And it worked! What a thrill. The social aspect was so important.

What Part of YOUR Story is Hard to Tell?
When you look at your story, is there a part that you feel scared to tell? Is it that you're nervous of judgement? I felt like that when I wrote my international bestseller. As my book was becoming months overdue, I became frustrated with myself. Why was I procrastinating?! 😖 Well, I was scared of judgement. I was scared how others would see me. 😱 But once I recognized that as the cause, I realized that it doesn't matter. I wrote it because I knew it could help others. It could give inspiration. You can't appease to everyone and it's good to notice that. Be okay with your story and sharing it! If you're scared of judgement, think of what would happen if you did share it and how it could change people's lives for the better! Turn to journaling about this, meditating, or just go for a walk. These are great ways to give you a different way to look at things. Figure out the underlined source to your block and then work on growing from it. This is something that we work on in the program. So, if you want more support around this, the next tier up is the place to go!

@Hanni Meier I love that you’re out to help others with your healing journey/process! I totally get what your wanting to protect and I agree with just get it down. Be as honest as you can. I’ve dealt with some of this after a TBI- Traumatic Brain Injury. It has been a very spiritual path for me from the beginning. And in the US there are practitioners doing research and teaching about the breakthrough but this doesn’t trickle down much to practitioners so far. The isolation, and misunderstandings are common with all the ‘invisible’’ Injuries/illnesses. I’ve seen this in practice for decades with head injuries, whiplash, immune challenges, digestive challenges, as well as ME/CFS or Long Covid. I won’t be raining about these things also, so let’s stay in touch. Overtime the path that helps the most people will be easier to see. Glad you’re here, Hanni!

Do you have ADHD or Trouble Focusing?
Me me me!❤️😁 How many of you in here have dealt with keeping attention, you lose your interest in something quite quickly? To be completely honest I haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD. However, as I was recovering from my traumatic brain injury, multiple doctors asked me if I had it. They did that because many of the tests that I had to do where I had to stay focused for longer periods of time, I couldn’t keep my attention on it. 😵‍💫 I just saw it as such a bore when I could easily escape by going to my mind and wandering in La La Land. 🎶 So that’s why I’m 90% sure that I have it and you know what?! I see it as a superpower. 🦸‍♀️ I’ve always been able to hyper focus on something and give it 200%. This is a good thing and it can be a bad thing as well since you may disconnect from reality. However, when it comes to writing a book, wouldn’t it be nice to give 200%? You’re able to accomplish so much more in such a smaller timeframe. You’re able to give all of your attention to what you’re writing, give your whole heart to it. ✍️ ❤️ So, what’s wrong with that? I want people to see these instances where we have problems with attention, ADHD, or whatever else that we can use it to our advantage instead of seeing it as something that is crippling us. 🛑 When it comes to writing a book, I know attention is really hard to keep focus on it. But, staying consistent with it still matters and once you do this for over 21 days, then you’ve created a habit! 😁 This is another reason why I’m so adamant on writing daily and you know what, sometimes it doesn’t work for you and that’s OK. You can work on your manuscript a couple times a week. The big thing for this though is you have to stay consistent with it. So, let’s say that you decide to do it Tuesdays and Wednesdays around 9 AM. Then stay consistent with the time in the dedicated days of the week. This helps it become a habit. On top of that, it’s good to choose the same place to do this. Have it as your writing sanctuary, your writing safe place, whatever you want to call it.
