Garden update ...
I have been a bit distracted with"life " in the last while. I have ordered supplies and then December will see me finish the chaos garden and I am hoping to start 90 new seedlings. Following along with your bread story, I made classic white and herb/garlic yesterday. During the week I hope I get time for some potato bread. I miss it 😂 It's hot at the moment where I am 40 today... Too hot for me.

@Marty Ware so is the south coast I’m 3 hours south of Sydney & it was stinking hot by 10.30pm around 38 degrees. I watered the gardens @ planted more natives in my front garden early this morning. Just waiting for the cool change to hit.

Here it is the rolled stone ground organic wholemeal sour dough. Two rolled and ready for the oven!

Add cheese to the mixture & bake…..mmm. In winter time it’s good to put the dough on a stick or wrap in aluminium foil & cook it over an open fire….yummy with golden syrup, jam, cream, honey whatever you fancy 🤤😋 We do this at scouts…..
