What am I cooking... well I am updating my CE courses and a building your practice course. Also got on Skool to explore the option of growing a community for the building your practice course. As for my therapy practice it's grown to a consulting and training business so nurturing those services are my main focus... but therapy will always be my passion even as my caseload shrinks 😊

For me ethical pacing in grief work means honoring that healing is not a race. Sometimes the most ethical and compassionate goal is helping someone stabilize enough to breathe, sleep, and move through the day, not forcing meaning or growth before one is ready.
