🦋🍎🍇 Let’s Talk About Prayer — The Kind That Shapes Your Daily Life.
We are quick to pray in hospital rooms. Quick to call on God in emergencies. And yes — that is biblical and beautiful. But what about the everyday? What about the meals you prepare? The cravings you battle? The discipline you’re trying to build? The discouragement that creeps in on a random Tuesday? We bow our heads before food — especially in public. Sometimes it’s quick. Sometimes it’s habit. Sometimes it’s quiet. But prayer is more than a moment of tradition. Prayer is communion. Prayer is partnership. Prayer is alignment. When you pray over your health journey: 🦋 God sends the right people. 🍎 God connects you to the right support. 🍇 God gives you strategies that are specific to you. Not generic. Not trendy. Not copied from someone else’s body. He cares about the daily bread — not just the crisis. And here’s what we must understand about true, life-giving community: It is built on three connected pillars. 1️⃣ God He is the foundation. Without Him, it becomes performance, comparison, or self-effort. He provides wisdom, conviction, grace, and direction. 2️⃣ You You must show up. You cannot remove yourself from the equation. Community works when you are willing to be seen, corrected, encouraged, and accountable. 3️⃣ People Family. Sisters. Friends. Mentors. Professionals. The ones God sends. They may be blood relatives or covenant friendships that become family. But they matter. The system only works when all three are engaged. You and God without people? Incomplete. You and people without God? Unstable. People and God without your participation? Ineffective. True fellowship requires all three strands woven together. This is why prayer is not optional in your health journey. It invites Heaven into your habits. It invites wisdom into your wellness. It invites strength into your weak places. Sister, your weight loss journey is not just physical. It is relational. It is spiritual. It is communal. Where have you been leaving prayer out of your daily routine?

Building a strong community and relational wealth begins by a foundation with God!!! Knowing God for yourself removes people pleasing, insecurities and the fear, creating a strong foundation of relational health. Unless you are secure, and have an anchor that holds, you will not thrive in community and will not build relational wealth!!! I have enjoyed this song a lot this year!! March is such a beautiful reminder.
🦋🌸🍎👒🌷 We are celebrating National Nutrition Month and we are also honoring Women’s History Month… and I don’t believe that’s a coincidence. As women, we have always been nurturers. We carry vision. We build homes, businesses, ministries, families, communities. We pour out constantly. But here’s a gentle question, sister to sister… How are you nourishing yourself? 🍎 Nutrition is not just about food on a plate. It’s about the three pillars that hold us steady: 🦋 Identity & Belief – Who are you at your core? What do you believe about yourself? Your mindset shapes your habits. If your identity is shaky, your patterns will be too. 🌸 Health Practices – How are you eating? Sleeping? Moving your body? Managing stress? Your daily rhythms either build you up or quietly wear you down. 👒 Relational Wealth – Who are you connected to? Are the women around you sharpening you, stretching you, encouraging you? Scripture reminds us that iron sharpens iron. We were never meant to walk this journey alone. As we celebrate women this month, maybe the celebration isn’t just flowers and applause… maybe it’s alignment. Alignment between who you say you are and how you are living. Alignment between your goals in January and your habits in March. Alignment between your calling and your care. 💐 Are you moving your body in ways that strengthen you? 💐 Are you feeding your mind truth or negativity? 💐 Are you building community that supports your growth? Healthy bodies. Healthy minds. Healthy connections. That is worth celebrating. So this month, instead of pressure, choose reflection. Instead of comparison, choose intention. Instead of guilt, choose stewardship. You are worth nourishing well. 🦋🍎🌸 I’d love to hear — what does celebrating your health look like for you this month?

Sister… can we talk about sleep for a minute? 🌸🦋 Not the cute “early to bed” quote kind.The real kind. The kind where you’re exhausted…but your brain won’t turn off. The kind where you wake up at 2:37am thinking about everything you didn’t finish. The kind where you say, “I’ll start over tomorrow”… but tomorrow comes and you’re running on fumes. 🌷 Here’s the truth: Sleep is not laziness.Sleep is stewardship. 🌼 Even in the beginning, God modeled rhythm. In Genesis 2:2, He rested. Not because He was tired — but because rhythm is holy. 🕊️🌺 And yet… we wear exhaustion like a badge of honor.We glorify busy.We normalize burnout.We silence our bodies. But your body is not your enemy, its a gift. 🌹🦋 Let me ask you something 👇🏽 Are you tired because: A) You’re going to bed too late?
