Any Tips When Helping Abuse Survivors?
Ultimately, there must be a resolve to make changes that cut off toxicity. Ownership & full responsibility for one's life moves things forward. Changes must be done with wisdom & in some cases stealth. Are there any other dynamics needed?

Cutting off toxicity, taking full ownership, and moving wisely are non-negotiables. I’d also add—consistency and self-awareness. Without those, even the best intentions fade. Curious to hear how others navigate this balance too!
The mindset of a champion
This motivational video about the champion mindset of Arnold Schwarzenegger truly made me reevaluate what type of work ethic I currently have and what type of person do I really want to be. At the heart of every champion is someone who will work harder than anyone else and they will not waste a single minute on things that do not help them achieve their dreams and goals. This is so powerful... https://youtu.be/Tq1r6FiBfrE?si=Zq98LGRggKo6ELyT

Absolutely resonates! Champions, like great leaders and teams, don’t waste time on what doesn’t serve the goal—they focus, adapt, and keep moving. That’s the core of the Agile mindset too: eliminate waste, maximize value, and stay relentless in the pursuit. Loved this reminder!
NEW: The Relationship You Deserve… LIVE!
I know over the weekend I was posting a lot of messages… Why? Because I’m passionate about helping coaches get more clients… So they can enjoy successful careers, help their clients transform, and have more control over their time, location, and income. If you think I overcooked it then that was why :-) But here’s the thing: I’m also passionate about relationships and relationship coaching Which is why I’m excited to announce we’ve now set a date for my NEW live training: The 3 Problems Stopping You Getting The Relationship You Deserve & How To Fix It Without Years Of Therapy >>> Tap here to register now Here’s the deal: For the last few months, I’ve been developing this new relationship training system for you. And it’s nearly ready… So on the live training I’ll be sharing exactly how it works… And how you can get The Relationship You Deserve (in less than 90 days). I think you’re going to love this training… Because it's designed to help you whether you're: * Looking for love (and tired of the wrong relationships) * Already in a relationship (and want to make it stronger) * A coach helping clients with THEIR relationships Sound good? @Ed JC Smith Love how you’re getting straight to the root of relationship struggles! In Agile, everything starts with strong relationships—whether it’s with clients, teams, or even ourselves. Clear the blockers early, keep adapting, and growth follows naturally. Excited to see how your training helps people build that solid foundation
Tired of clients stuck in loops, despite all your strategies?
You pour hours into frameworks, yet progress feels... stuck. Agile taught me—it’s not always the plan, but the ability to inspect, adapt, and tweak in real-time that creates breakthroughs. What’s one small shift you made recently that unlocked massive results for your clients? Share your experience

Mentee once asked me — Isn’t being a Scrum Master just about standups and sprint boards?
Mentee once asked me—'Isn’t being a Scrum Master just about standups and sprint boards?' Sure, and being a pilot is just about pressing buttons. 😉 Here’s what they don’t see: ✅ Managing 5 conflicting stakeholder priorities at once ✅ Translating chaos into clarity ✅ Coaching teams while keeping everyone sane Unspoken Rule of the Game: Never underestimate people who make things look easy. They’ve already mastered the hard stuff behind the scenes. What’s one skill in your role people often overlook?
