Alright everyone we are shifting our evening yoga practice to the last Tuesday of the month at 8 PM MST. I hope you all can join me and create some time for yourself on your mat! Next Tuesday (December 23rd, 2025) will be our next class together! It is going to be a great opportunity for you to pause and come back to yourself during this busy and sometime chaotic time of the year. This will be an easy and restorative flow for you to take with you throughout the holiday season. I invite you to take a pause and come back to yourself. Hello Everyone! Since we have members in different time zones, I wanted to offer this so we can all stay up to date in the community. I recommend adding Skool events directly to your personal calendar so the time automatically converts to your local time. To do this: 1. Open the event inside Skool 2. Click "Calendar" Tab at the top 3. Select which event you're interested in (Blue Link) 4. Click “Add to Calendar” 5. Choose your preferred calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook, etc.) Once it’s added, your calendar will handle the time zone conversion for you so you don’t miss anything. 🙌 Let me know if you have any questions! I know for some of you it has been hard to align with my yoga class being the day or time so I wanted to see if we can make some adjustments!
