I just finished watching the Aya stories lesson and I have a few questions: 1. The Curandera who facilitated the Rose and Cacao Dieta that I did shared with me that a part of working with Momma Aya in ceremony is having an experience of distrust with the teacher/shaman. Ive heard a lot of people share this same story...that its a test. She told me it was just a part of the medicine. This never felt right to me. What can you share on this subject/have you experienced a test like this? 2. Would you be willing to share the prayer you recieved during your rebirth ceremony? 3. Can you share more about how babies and children recieve medicine and how they are helped through the process? How do they sit in ceremony? Does ceremony last as long for them as for adults? Very interested in learning more about this. I think it is so special that I discovered the beginning of my gifts in ceremony with you. Thank you for creating a safe space to do so. Questions to ask yourself/ reflect upon for effective shadow work; - What conversations am I avoiding in my life? - is there any situation where I’m sacrificing my own authenticity or desires for the approval of others? - is there anyone in my life that I feel is taking advantage of me? And if so, have I directly addressed that? - is there any substance that I feel I NEED to use daily to cope? If so, what are the feelings that arise right before I decide to take that substance? - what is one idea/dream I have that I’m too afraid to go after? - if I was the main actor in the movie of my life, what would the audience be telling me to do right now? Share with someone whose going through a tough time (fyi- each question begins a pathway to a deeper realization of Self and Authenticity) 🦅
