As someone that normally notices the clocks going forward every year, I can't say that I noticed this year. Maybe it's because I'm feeling better about myself, my energy levels are higher through fitness, balance, nutrition, rest and supplements. Had a great training session this morning at the gym after the dog walk. Did my arms and my tummy. And finished off with a good stretch session. - DB shoulder press - Lat pull down - Incline DB press - Dead bugs - Cable row - Rope push down - Woodman chop - Barbell push press - Russian twist - Sit up with kettlebell Hope everyone has great days! π
