Arms and tummy session
As someone that normally notices the clocks going forward every year, I can't say that I noticed this year. Maybe it's because I'm feeling better about myself, my energy levels are higher through fitness, balance, nutrition, rest and supplements. Had a great training session this morning at the gym after the dog walk. Did my arms and my tummy. And finished off with a good stretch session. - DB shoulder press - Lat pull down - Incline DB press - Dead bugs - Cable row - Rope push down - Woodman chop - Barbell push press - Russian twist - Sit up with kettlebell Hope everyone has great days! πŸ’œ

Shifted my ass
Ivar's done 10k of biking today for his charity monthπŸ’ͺ I ran next to him for 6.8k of it. Pushed him up those hills too 🀣πŸ₯΅πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ Had an amazing peri peri fish lunch with sweet potato fries and kiwi and coriander dressing! Lovely chicken roast dinner for tea tonight. Feel so much better for the fresh air and getting some exercise (and in my new gym leggings - love cobalt blue). Looking forward to a hot bath with salts once the kids are down and doing my nails πŸ’…πŸ»

Saturday treat
Made it to the gym this morning, was my 4th session this week. Got a tub of pumpage yesterday, so tried that out this morning, was very tasty and I did feel it added some extra oomph to my workout. For a treat I went and got myself a bottle of Kracken and I'm going to get sushi tonight for dinner. Also excuse the state of the wall in the picture, I installed a new kitchen recently and still need to cut the splashback.

Where there's a will there's a way
I love how my mindset is now more locked in, seeing opportunities where I once saw nothing but negatives. I spend a lot of time at the hospital now with the Husband, and today was another 6 hour stint (plus parking time... that's another story) but I got my steps in - hospital stairwells have very little traffic πŸ‘ŒπŸ»(Security guard watching the camera probably thought I was bonkers going up and down like a yo-yo but hey ho! πŸ€ͺ) and i did the coffee run to a shop down the road instead of the hospital cafe - good cardio trying to make it back in record time with no spillages πŸ˜… It all adds up ✨ Every little helps πŸ™ Mindset is now everything. Went to the gym twice yesterday as I knew I wouldn't be able to go today but still done 30mins cardio this evening too. It's meant eating later etc but something's gotta give πŸ’ͺ🏻
