@Yulia Kalinchenko Hi Yulia, thanks for connecting. The work you do sounds so interesting im intrigued. You are absolutely correct regarding the Gut. I have started there, key ingredients that help are fresh ginger, fresh tumeric, lemon( blended together, frozen and consumed as a tea). I've also done juice detox, beet juice ( 1 x betroot, apple, lemon carrot and a finger of fresh ginger) for a period of 3 days. Ever since I stopped the contraceptive medication my moods are manageable and I no longer have wild cravings. Which use to directly dictate what i eat. Hope this helps, I am still learning.

@Yulia Kalinchenko regarding natural ingredients im still finding my feet on this one. But I have tried aloe (inner aloe gel) it works wonders as a mask. Tumeric masks (honey, tumeric and plain yoghurt). Also eating carrots and papaya. I also drink spearmint tea atleast 3 times a week and it has proven to be effective. My breakouts have reduced significantly from the spearmint tea. I will be trying soursop leaves as well. But still doing research on it.
Before you set your 2026 goals...
Hey loves, We're about to enter that time of year where everyone starts setting resolutions, mapping out goals, making vision boards. And don't get me wrong... I love a good vision board. I've been making them for years!!! But here's what I've learned this year: we hold so tight to our goals that we don't leave any space for the unexpected things to find us. For me, this year, nothing went according to plan. Most of my goals failed. But the two biggest opportunities that changed everything... They weren't on my list at all. I just wrote a very raw post on Substack about this about failures, unexpected opportunities, and what happens when you finally let go of control. I think it might shift how you approach 2026. https://open.substack.com/pub/thesyncway/p/the-year-i-almost-quit?r=6bssn1&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true (It's probably the most vulnerability that I shared online since I started this (online) life) Sending love, Teo

Leaving room and space for unknown opportunities is something we never do. Love this for you and I will be borrowing it for my vision board. Thank you Teo🤭
