Meetings Canceled!
Hey everyone! I hope you’re all CRUSHING it! For the first time in a very long time, I’m taking the next two week off and going on vacation with my family. There will be no meeting tonight, or next week the 26th or June 2nd. I will however try my best to respond to messages and comments on here. Be blessed.

Predator - Brand New BE 16inch Xjet Chem and surfactant Hoses Safety equipment All one seller on FB marketplace. Seller had it sitting. Asked him to redeem his warranty on his used machine. He did and I got a new PW! 👍🏽 Time to roll some ads and window/house bundles

Pressure Washer Set Up Score!
Week one of ads 50% pickup/answer rate
Is this a normal rate of response for form submissions? My form submission starts off with get offer when you click it through Facebook so I’m wondering if people are thinking they’re gonna get something different than just a phone call

Brandon - by pick up/answer do you mean actual call answers after you call back a lead? I am also having to do quite a bit of follow up via text or voice to get people that went through some intentional friction to submit a FB lead form to answer.

Same. I do window and exterior cleaning. I am hoping it was the wet APril that slowed people down, but my ads performed well just need to close them!
Closing Meta Ads Leads More Effectively
Hey guys - have yall discussed best practices on quoting and closing leads derived from Meta Ads? I know a lot of things determine close rate but I wonder if it is my closing skills? :) Would you be open to having a session where we discuss closing leads best practices? My situation: - Based in San Antonio - Me - Owner as GM. One tech. I work FT and run this as a side-hustle as I build to more. - My main source of leads is Meta Ads. I solve for speed to lead by personally following with them. I had GHL but am going to begin using QuoteIQ AI services to help auto replies where possible - Ads <-- My Meta Ad Library - My April 1-April 14 ad performance is below. - Spending $36 per day - My tech can do 2-3 jobs per day. Analytically I am happy with the ad performance based on benchmarks but feel like I should close more. Seems like I have closed maybe 6-8 of these 19 leads. My pricing is prob at area avg or slightly lower as I am about 8 months in.

Thanks for the message, Brandon. I think they are largely stalled vs. dead. We have had a stretch of rain in Texas slowing down leads. But, I also feel like I should be closing at a higher rate. I would actually say I am closer to 25%-30% close rate. I will try to join the Tuesday call to discuss it more.

@Bio One - good to know. I am about to set up my QuoteIQ automations, both SMS and Email. I try to do it daily but likely fall off as I am balancing my FT job and this new effort. To your point, I do think very deliberate and focused follow ups will help.
What do you guys think about subcontractors?
I’m thinking of offloading some work and finding subcontractors to do the window cleans and they take 45-50% of the job what do you guys think about this way?

Bio One - just so we are talking the same language... 1099s: yes, most building a business will grow with 1099s. As Dave indicates you can pay them hourly, day wage, or percent of job. Most pros I follow online put this as at around 20% of the job per person. Sub-contractors would require a bit more...likely in the 50%+ range. That is when you essentially "sub out" the job to them. This is someone that likely has more experience and their own business in the industry who is just trying to fill their schedule, so the take a lower paying job at 50% of the job.
