I know I haven’t been as active in this community as I'd like. I slowly want to get back into it, since these last couple of weeks have been busy for me. I wanna express my gratitude to everyone who’s here, who’s committing to themselves and improving themselves. I recently listened to the latest episode of the “Vegans Who Lift” podcast, “The Unfiltered Side of Bodybuilding.” I started listening to this podcast as soon as I started getting coached by @John Thomas Vegan Squad Coach. I have enjoyed listening to and learning from the guests and the lessons they are sharing. This latest episode was raw, emotional, and honest. I was reminded that there are times when life will challenge us, and that things may not go as planned. That it's not a sign of weakness to ask for help, but a strength. I hope you all know that, wherever you are with your goals, you're doing so well, even when you are being tough on yourself. You deserve to give yourself grace for all that you are overcoming. 💛
