Movement Matters
There's been times in my life where I worked out daily. There's been times in my life where I've been a slug. So in short, I don't "believe" in setting a restrictive routine. In my life I never can follow it What I can do is move ...daily. I have a list in my mind of about 30 "things" I can do to move my body. When I do each one for 30 seconds, I have done a mini workout in 15 minutes. I can do 2 or 3 for a minute each between work sessions. Mix that in with walking a few times a week for 20 minutes and before you know it, you feel and look and MOVE around better! Tell me what you think in the comments.

This is something I really need to work on. I sit at home and at work. I do go up and down stairs multiple times a day. I have no reasons not to move other than laziness. There was a time id spend 4 hours at the gym every day. Loved that time in my life. Thats not likely to return here where I am now but theres no excuse to not move. Yet I dont.

Who Remembers?
Back in 2016, the year I didn't know the wheels of my life were gonna fall off, I did a year long series of basically a podcast of sorts. (In today's terms) Best Year Ever was quite an amazing thing if I do say so myself. I was rewatching/updating the SEO data and was struck with how much we accomplished and overcome that year. Do you remember that year?

Throwback Thursday
Something crazy from back in the day. I used to go to a friend's house all the time and play baseball or football or something sports related. On the property was a rental unit and my wifes sister rented there. My wife would visit all the time but we never met at the time. Small world we live in really. Could have met my future wife at the time.
Re-Runs & Syndication
Lately, for several years, I really don't watch TV anymore. I watch a couple of comedy shows online, but not at the "broadcast" time or day. Tubi, Pluto TV, and Youtube are my "go to's" for old movies and TV shows. All re-runs, all there because of syndication. Old content, but still makes me laugh. Do you watch old TV shows or movies? Did you ever rent movies? Do you re-read good books over and over? Do you ever watch old documentaries about history? Do you like to learn about history? Do you ever think, "this is old so it's not relevant"? Just curious. I have hundreds of hours of content on Youtube. Most of it is still very relevant and true. Yes, some parts may mention "in the moment" information from the time of the original recording...but does that make the entire piece of content irrelevant? I don't think it does. I love re-runs, and good books, and movies I've seen dozens of times. If it makes me laugh or think or helps me learn...I'll consume it over and over and over... Just some thoughts I felt relevant to share to start the week.

@Carol Collett it depends on the video game. Mine has strategy and is really a whole life. You don't have to eat or drink but you can. Theres so much to do to keep your brain engaged.
