There's been times in my life where I worked out daily.
There's been times in my life where I've been a slug.
So in short, I don't "believe" in setting a restrictive routine. In my life I never can follow it
What I can do is move ...daily.
I have a list in my mind of about 30 "things" I can do to move my body.
When I do each one for 30 seconds, I have done a mini workout in 15 minutes.
I can do 2 or 3 for a minute each between work sessions.
Mix that in with walking a few times a week for 20 minutes and before you know it, you feel and look and MOVE around better!
