Even though I cut my nails very short when doing thumbpulling and zygo pulling, I still cut the inside of my mouth. Please give me some advice.

@Harold Lim it’s like five to ten minutes a day, it’s the sort of thing where if you have receptive tissue and low BF you’re likely to see results in your face in a week or two
