I am currently caring for my father. I am 48 he is almost 75 years old. He is approaching the end of his schooling on earth. My father is in the late stages of throat cancer and his body is winding down. We have been speaking and communicating about death and transcending daily. Breath work has been on my radar for the past several years. However, I have only “flirted” with the idea of fully engaging myself with a disciplined approach to this healing modality. I want to make breathing and meditation a daily devotion.
