1. Feeling overwhelmed and putting myself last while taking care of everyone else. 2. I wanted support and accountability from people working toward the same goals. 3. I’ve started focusing more on progress instead of perfection. 4. The reminders that small changes and consistency actually matter. 5. Anyone who wants to improve their mindset and habits but doesn’t want to do it alone. 💛
