ive been stuck at 7 pull-ups for quite sometime now, ive tried doing lat pulldowns on the side to help build back strength too, im not sure whether or not i should, any tips to increase my pullups? should i focus on just bodyweight exercises to build my pullups?

@Someone Something so no lat pulldowns or weights incorporated into my workouts is better?
