‘Your Labs Are Normal’
You went in with real symptoms, real fatigue, real brain fog, real weight you could not shift. You did the right thing; you asked for help. And you were handed a printout that said “within normal range” and sent home. Maybe you felt relieved for a day, then the symptoms reminded you they were still there. This is a story about a testing framework that was not designed to catch early metabolic dysfunction. When the right questions get asked, the story ends differently. React with 🙋 if “your labs are normal” is part of your history.

🙋‍♀️. I actually got a 'congratulations, your labs look great, keep doing what you're doing' and 'you are way too young for perimenopause at 42' off the bingo card.

50% insulin resistance, 40% cortisol, 20% sex hormones. Had gestational diabetes in twin pregnancy and never would have thought to put 2 and 2 together, I knew I was stressed though ;)
