Hi! Thoughts on glp1 microdosing? I’m curious with the health benefits that are coming out. I’m 10-15lbs over my ideal weight so though it would help with that aspect but more interested in the decreased inflammation, cardio protective properties etc. Naturally fearful of the potential GI side effects😟

I am a 43 year old mama to a 19 year old, an 18 year old and almost 5 year old twins. I’ve been struggling for the last several years with hormones and just feeling awful. I’ve tried the cookie cutter bhrt and I honestly feel like that did more harm than good to an extent. I’ve been on antidepressants and anti anxieties, I have suicidal ideations and a previous attempt. I’ve gained 40lbs in the last 8 months. My moods are garbage, I get maybe one good day every two weeks and the rest are fighting within myself to try to be nice and show up for my family. I’m a former competitive crossfitter, so all of this is just WILD to me that my body is literally against me. I am so excited for my provider call on the 27th of this month to finally get on a track that will help uncover the root cause of all of this and feel joy again.
