Hi Everyone, I am Sandy Margolin. I just moved over to eXp from Urban Nest Realty after 10 years. I am originally from California (A Valley Girl) I got my Real Estate License in 1990 and my Appraisers License in 1994. I gave up my appraisers license in 2015. Being 62 years old and "Old School" I am now ALL IN on learning new and innovative ways to do real estate. I am one of the first AI Certified Agents here in Las Vegas and Henderson Nevada. I love learning and sharing through out the world. I am happy to join the group. I am obsessed with my two Doodles. You gotta see them. I attached a photo
