Funnels usually don’t fail because of complexity, they fail because one or two steps aren’t doing their job yet. A couple of things I’m curious about, so I can guide you in the right direction. When you say funnel, what stage is it in right now? Is it already live and not converting the way you want, or are you still shaping the structure and messaging? On the sales side, where does it feel sticky at the moment? Getting people to the offer, getting them to say yes, or feeling confident about how you present it? For now, I’d recommend starting with the 7-Level Transformation Path. Do the steps inside Level 1, to work your way up to the next levels. Your first gift in Level 3 will help us see whether this is a funnel issue, a messaging issue, or a sales conversation issue, because those often get mixed together. Take your time settling in.
