I think the confidence to stick with your niche is key. My niche is supporting teachers of phonics and early literacy to start their tutoring businesses. I created a more general course to support teachers/tutors of all subjects - then realized I really wanted to stick to my niche. I learnt I would rather deepen what I offer in my niche, rather than widen it. Definitely staying in my lane from now on!
