With the holiday season approaching, the thought was that many people are looking for a quick workout that can be done in a small space with no special equipment. There is a story behind the filming of this one too. I actually filmed it 4 times that day! Since it is in a different location, and a small room, getting framing and lighting correct was challenging. The first 3 recordings had some combination of my head cut off or very poor lighting. But I was determined to get this recording done, so I did it one more time; it was a big workout day for me as I am doing all the exercises haha! Finally got the framing and lighting good for uploading. For those that participated in one of the many challenges where you posted every day. Other than improving in the mechanics of making videos, did you see any improvements in your subscriber counts or watch hours? I am wondering if posting every day is worth it?
