Right before Christmas… I got wrecked by food poisoning I don't know if I've ever expelled so much in my life Pretty sure I lost a few lbs & maybe an organ in the process I can tell u that because… nurses, right? Nothing’s TMI for y’all 😅 The good news? I’m heading into 2026 feeling lighter hahaha anyway... I’m starting to reflect on how I actually want to walk into this next year Not just in my goals… But in my rhythm. My rituals. The way I close out this chapter and step into the next one. I’m off to Tulum on Monday to celebrate New Year’s with my wife and a rad crew of entrepreneurs. but I’m curious... do u have any end-of-year rituals? Any things u always do to land the plane and prep for the next liftoff? Would love to hear how u close out a year and start another 👇

The book I am published in also owns the magazine, F&F. I am a sponsor of the November issue(amazon or Kindle). The owner of the magazine will be hosting an online sponsorship celebration December 19th. This is great exposure for me and my business.
