Busy gym 😱
Ooo hoo, I ran out of the gym last night after just 1 exercise 🫣 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’¨. Grazy. Normally I train very early before work, but yesterday I did it just once, in the evening,after dinner. It was so incredibly busy at the gym! Everything was taken. But hey..I continued at home😌, though with slightly lighter weights πŸ‹οΈ but with more time under tension. How are things at your Gym?

It’s because I got love for you. On the other end, I have friends whom I give advice to all the time, but they never execute and/or come up with a whole bunch of excuses. Excuses that I know deep down aren’t their reality. And that’s totally fine. Everyone will find their way eventually (maybe). But that’s also when I stop pushing. Energy transfer is real, and we save it for the ones who will put in the effort. You’re all here because you’re willing to do the work and show up for yourself... @Darren Liu And oh…at parties people always say, "Ah, come on... you can eat everything, you're the sporty one of us!" And there I go again. Weak of me, actually. But still, there's a little voice that says, "Yeah, that's true, San, you do quite a lot of sports. Go ahead and join in." I'll just have to give in less πŸ’ͺ🏻!
