Day 1
- Hi, my name is Shonna, I'm a mother that has gone thru the ups and downs of life, I drive a truck 🚛 for a living so healthy choices out a gas stations is not easy 😂 but I need to change my life around and get into the right mindset for the changes that I want to make - I want to cut sugar for now because of age I want to be around to see grandkids run around & reek havoc on my son and wife 😂 - The main thing I struggle with is cravings and caffeine withdrawal - The kind of support I need during this challenge is just daily check-ins with the others and seeing how they handle the daily battles - I'm committed to going sugar free for 21 days to unlock peace with my mind knowing that I do have the mindset and will power to make more healthier choices for my life 🧬 I only get 1 shot at this life I need make the most of it

- What’s been the hardest moment so far? Have you slipped at all? What happened? >>> to keep going even if it’s a stressful period of life for me, and feeling tired actually so for It normally means -> sugar. I slip 1 time per day actually instead of 4/5 - When are cravings strongest for you? Where do you feel most tempted? >>>>each time I feel tired mid afternoon and late evening, and with friends and sportive people while training - What’s helped more than you expected?>>>the program, the collective - Where do you need support right now?>>> to keep going in this difficult period of time even if I get more tired with the no sugar program
What is the Cut Sugar Club?
Cut Sugar Club is a community where we will run a 21-day no sugar challenge from the 1st–21st of each month. Each day we’ll focus on one part of the journey, from withdrawal and cravings to clarity and choice. This isn’t about never eating sugar again. It’s about breaking dependency and restoring control. The final phase is about learning how to live with sugar intentionally, not fearfully.
