Something I’ve noticed about myself. My self doubt explodes in the evening. I start second guessing everything from the day, nitpicking every error or misstep, embarrassment sets in, shame, guilt, the whole works. It’s happened enough times I now say to myself “it’s the end of the day. It’s okay. You’re tired. Go to sleep.” And then I wake up and my world hasn’t ended and I have peace again.
