Hey skoolyard friends here is Friday fitness that today you guys could work on your upper body with : Warm Up: - High Knees March (knees to elbows) - 1 minute each side 20 Jumping Jacks Burpees 2 rounds, 30s each. Round 1 low intensity (RPE 4-5), Round 2 high intensity (RPE 9-10) 20 Bird Dog 10 each side Push Ups (*kneeling) 3 x 20 rest 30 sec between set Tricep Dips (use a chair/bed frame) 3 x 20 rest 30 sec between set Mountain Climbers 3 x 20 rest 30 sec between set

Community Thursday
I know a thing or two about 'community'. I used to host a community radio show. I currently volunteer at a local church community group that meets Friday mornings, where I make teas and coffees and chat to people. As well as help set up before it starts. I own a community here on Skool too. My tip for you today is... Be a MEMBER of your own community. This sounds obvious but it's sometimes not. How are you a member as opposed to a leader in your community?
