What is your FAVOURITE go-to source of protein?
Here's mine: 200g Chicken breast No salt, no seasoning, no sauce, no marinate Boiled for 15 minutes, eaten straight out of the pot. Some say I'm insane, but that's 60g of protein at 320kcal What's yours?

@Balaram Mishra Soy Granules are 97% protein, tofu is also good for vegetarians. I would highly recommend getting a whey supplement if you can

Pull, 8 clean reps on pullups but can only do 5 dips. Legs is my strongest though 😅
